About
I have spent 15+ years at the intersection of design leadership, payer economics, and regulated healthcare. At Highmark Health I built the design, research, and human factors organization from 8 to 45+ people. Our redesign of the member portal and digital care experiences drove a 32-point NPS increase, 30% engagement growth, and 17% task success improvement, and enabled a $2M vendor replacement delivered three months early. Today I am the founder of Morgen Health, an AI-powered engagement platform that applies agentic personalization to activate pre-chronic populations, where I own product, pricing, and commercialization end to end. Earlier: nine FDA-cleared digital health products across respiratory, neurology, and womens health, and a MedTech design practice scaled to $3M ARR.
Selected Results
Enterprise design leadership: Scaled Highmark's design org from 8 to 45+. The portal redesign drove +32 NPS, +30% engagement, and +17% task success.
Founder commercial ownership: Built Morgen's PMPM and SaaS pricing models and a $1.2M ARR pathway with ACOs and FQHCs. NIH SBIR submission and research partnerships with Kaiser Permanente, Harvard, and Georgia Tech.
Regulated delivery: Nine FDA-cleared products including Digihaler, the first FDA de novo cleared connected respiratory therapeutic.
Practice building: Scaled a MedTech design practice to $3M ARR. Two IDEA Awards.
